Vote Vote Vote (by mail!)

Hello everyone, this Jonathan Redwine writing - I’m helping Cindy with her campaign, but wanted to let everyone know how easy it is to register to vote, and to vote by mail in New Jersey.

First, voter registration. If you need to register to vote, change your registration, party affiliation, etc., go to this link and fill in your information. Deadline to register for the General Election in November is October 18, 2022. https://nj.gov/state/elections/voter-registration.shtml

Next, after you’re registered, please register to vote by mail! It’s such an easy way to vote. A few weeks before each election the state will send you your ballot. To vote, all you have to do is fill it out and send it back in, either in the mail, putting it in one of the drop boxes scattered around, or by dropping it off at the county clerk’s office. Super easy - no day-of stress, and you will be reminded to vote every election when you get your ballot in the mail.

To register to vote by mail, go to https://www.state.nj.us/state/elections/vote-by-mail.shtml#applications, print out the application and send it in.
